This notice explains how Dream Design Academy handles information submitted through this website.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, current 3D level, career goal, written questions, registration records, and messages you send to us.

How we use it

We use this information to process registrations, send class details and reminders, answer questions, manage training, provide support, keep registration records, and improve future classes.

Paid applications and payment receipts

For a paid application, we collect your chosen batch, application reference, payment-proof method and payment-review status. A receipt may show the sender name, amount, payment date, recipient and transaction reference. Hide unrelated balances, account details and transactions before uploading it.

Registration records are stored on our website. Paid application details are also sent to our private Google Sheet. Uploaded receipt images are attached to the application email sent to our admissions team; the Sheet holds application details and the receipt method, not the image. You can send payment proof through WhatsApp or email instead.

We use this information to match an application to an incoming bank deposit and confirm the student’s seat. The bank transfer takes place in your banking app. This website does not ask for your banking password, card details or login code.

Service providers

We may use website hosting, email, form storage, analytics, video meeting, messaging, and payment services. These providers may process information needed to provide their service.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies needed for normal website functions and security. Google Analytics is installed to help us understand website visits and how pages are used. Google may process page addresses, referral sources, cookie identifiers, browser and device details, and approximate location derived from an IP address. Analytics cookies can help distinguish visits. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Meta advertising tracking is not yet active on this website.

Retention and security

We keep registration information only while it is needed for training, support, record keeping, or a valid business purpose. We use reasonable access controls and security tools, but no online service can promise complete security.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your registration information. You can also ask us to stop optional course marketing messages. Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies. A website control for optional tracking is still being prepared; it is not currently available.
